Students share the points with Dundalk

Recent signing Matthew Tipton scored his first goal for Dundalk as they came from behind to earn a draw at home to UCD.

An own goal from Ciaran McGuigan gifted College a 29th minute lead when the defender deflected Chris Mulhall's cross past keeper Peter Cherrie and into his own net.

But Dundalk hit back to level three minutes into stoppage time at the end of the first half.

With his back to goal, Tipton turned well inside the area and shot past Ger Barron from close range.
