Republic of Ireland skipper Robbie Keane believes strike partner Kevin Doyle has developed into a force to be reckoned with.

The two men led the line for their country under manager Giovanni Trapattoni during their World Cup qualifying campaign, and while Keane may have found the back of the net more often than his team-mate, he has been hugely impressed by his development.
