Three-goal win puts Dundalk top

Goals from JJ Melligan, Garry Breen and Faz Kuduzovic earned Dundalk their biggest win of the season to put Ian Foster’s side top of the table.

Midfielder Melligan put Dundalk in front ten minutes into the second half when rifling home Neale Fenn’s pass which was dummied by Kuduzovic.

Defender Breen made it 2-0 on 74 minutes when tapping home Kuduzovic’s cross.

Kuduzovic then added the third goal - which sees Dundalk top of the table ahead of St. Pat’s on goals scored - two minutes from time when finishing from Ross Gaynor’s cross.
