Fergie to make changes for Blackburn clash

Alex Ferguson is promising changes for Manchester United’s must-win trip to Blackburn on Sunday.

Wayne Rooney (ankle) is definitely out, so Dimitar Berbatov is expected to be recalled.

However, after playing almost an entire half with 10 men, Ferguson needs to freshen up his squad, with Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes all set to start at Ewood Park.
