Aston Villa boss Martin O’Neill handed the 11 men who won away at Manchester United on Saturday the chance to follow up the feat at Sunderland.

Full-back Stephen Warnock recovered from the neck injury he picked up at Old Trafford to take his place in an unchanged side.
