Trapattoni turns attention to Italy clash

Giovanni Trapattoni turned his attention to a mouthwatering World Cup clash with his native Italy after seeing Robbie Keane fire the Republic of Ireland to victory in Cyprus.

The 70-year-old will lead his adopted country into battle with the reigning world champions at Croke Park on October 10 hoping that automatic qualification for next summer’s finals in South Africa will still be within their grasp.
