City crowds get win they craved
Cork City 1 Bray Wanderers 0
Faz Kuduzovic ended a good day for Cork with a morale-boosting win before a crowd of 3,000 at Turner’s Cross.
Having been given a further reprieve to settle their tax debt by Wednesday earlier in the day, Cork got the big win they craved.
Kuduzovic struck the only goal of the game on 35 minutes when he won a penalty after being hauled down by Bray keeper Chris O’Connor.
The Bosnian-born striker then dusted him self down to shoot home the spot kick.
Bray had midfielder Stephen Brennan sent off for dissent on 67 minutes.
