The pressure mounted on Dundalk boss Sean Connor tonight as home fans chanted for his removal after a second home defeat on the spin.

Sligo right-back Alan Keane scored for the third match running, rifling home a stunning long-range drive in first half stoppage time, to give the visitors the lead.

Rovers skipper Conor O’Grady added the second goal on 65 minutes to give his side a second successive win to move them up to sixth in the table, their highest placing so far this season.
