Declan O’Brien was hero and villain for Dundalk tonight, scoring the winner before being sent off late on.

Dundalk got that only goal of the game on 31 minutes. George O’Callaghan's clearance was superbly played through by Shaun Kelly to O’Brien and the striker beat the offside trap to race through and shoot past Barry Ryan.

O’Brien’s night ended on a sour note however, when he was sent off on 91 minutes for kicking the ball away, his second yellow card.
