Defensive problems for Newcastle

Newcastle boss Alan Shearer will be without key defenders Jose Enrique and Steven Taylor for Sunday’s Premier League trip to Liverpool.

Enrique is out with the hamstring problem he picked up in Monday night’s 0-0 draw with Portsmouth, while Taylor remains on the sidelines as he continues his recovery from an ankle injury.
