Bermingham called into Republic of Ireland Under-21 squad
Shamrock Rovers defender Ian Bermingham has been called into the Republic of Ireland Under-21 squad ahead of tomorrow night’s European Championship qualifying match against Turkey at Turner’s Cross.
Bermingham has been called into the squad after both Seamus Coleman (ankle) and Michael Liddle (groin) were forced to withdraw from the squad this morning.
Coleman came off injured after an hour of last Friday’s 2-1 win over Spain at the RSC, while Liddle did not appear in that game at all. Both players have been ruled out of tomorrow night’s match.
Tickets for the match will be on sale at Turner’s Cross prior to kick-off. Tickets are priced €15 for adults and €5 for Under-16s.
