Galway United will be looking to stay top of the table as they welcome near neighbours Sligo Rovers to Terryland Park, kick-off 7.35pm.

United boss Ian Foster has no new injury concerns as his side bids to maintain their unbeaten start of the season.

United will be without skipper Jay O’Shea who is on duty the with Republic of Ireland U-21 side, while vice-captain John Russell is continuing his recovery from injury and will be back in action soon.

Sligo boss Paul Cook must plan without long-term absentees Mauro Almeida and Chris Butler.

Raffael Cretaro is also missing for Rovers as he serves a suspension, while Benin international Romuald Boco is also missing as he is away on international duty.

However, Jason Noctor and Sean Doherty both return and will be named in the squad for Galway.

The game is live on television and coverage starts on RTÉ Two at 7.30pm.
