Shawky keen to quit Boro
Middlesbrough midfielder Mohamed Shawky has admitted he is keen to leave the club as soon as possible.

And told the Evening Gazette: āI will not complete my contract at Boro. I will start from now to search for a new club.
āI havenāt received any offers yet, but I have huge hope that they will arrive in the coming period, especially from English clubs who now know my abilities.ā
Shawky has also criticised Boro manager Gareth Southgateās treatment of international team-mate Mido, who was a peripheral figure at the Riverside before joining Wigan on loan last month.
āMido underwent a lot of injustice at Middlesbrough,ā Shawky said.
āHe was the best striker in the squad and its top scorer but, despite this, he was not played regularly.ā
