Everton unchanged for Merseyside cup tie

Forward Victor Anichebe was not in Everton’s squad to face Merseyside neighbours Liverpool in their FA Cup fourth-round replay at Goodison Park.

The 20-year-old, who came on as a substitute in the weekend’s 1-0 defeat to Manchester United, had a training ground bust-up with manager David Moyes earlier this week. As expected, Moyes named the same team which started at Old Trafford at the weekend.
