Feyenoord have been hit by a €1,000 fine from UEFA after fans let off fireworks in the stands during the UEFA Cup tie at Kalmar FF in October.

Feyenoord have been hit by a €1,000 fine from UEFA after fans let off fireworks in the stands during the UEFA Cup tie at Kalmar FF in October.

Fireworks are banned in stadiums by UEFA and Feyenoord could face further punishment from following their 3-0 defeat at Deportivo La Coruna where a section of their supporters wrecked seats in the Estadio Riazor.

The Dutch club have already promised to pay Depor for all damages.
