Alex Ferguson is confident record signing Dimitar Berbatov will make a big impact at Manchester United.

The £30.75m Bulgaria captain bagged his second successive brace in Champions League combat last night, following up his double in Aalborg last month with two in United’s comfortable home win over Celtic.
