Gary Cahill will start a three-match ban when Bolton host West Brom in the Barclays Premier League tomorrow.

The defender was sent off during Wanderers’ 2-1 Carling Cup defeat to Northampton, and will join Johan Elmander and Matt Taylor on the sidelines.
