Potential Republic of Ireland managerial target Roy Hodgson has tendered his resignation as Finland coach today.
Hodgson, 60, narrowly failed to lead the national side to the finals of Euro 2008.
The former Internazionale, Blackburn and Udinese coach has vast experience in the international game and led Switzerland to the 1994 World Cup finals.
