West Ham striker Craig Bellamy has been back in training following a hamstring problem and could face Arsenal in the Premier League clash at Upton Park.

Midfielders Scott Parker and Freddie Ljungberg came through the midweek Carling Cup win over Plymouth unscathed and are in contention to start.

Bobby Zamora (knee), Calum Davenport (calf), Nigel Quashie (foot) are out. Julien Faubert and Kieron Dyer are long-term absentees.
