West Ham welcome back midfielder Scott Parker, who was out with a knee injury, for tomorrow’s Carling Cup clash with Plymouth at Upton Park.

The Hammers will be without a number of experienced players, however.

New signings Nolberto Solano and Henri Camara are both cup-tied and striker Bobby Zamora is out with a knee injury.

Fellow forward Craig Bellamy is close to a comeback following a hamstring problem but is unlikely to be risked.

Provisional squad: Wright, Green, Neill, Ferdinand, Upson, Gabbidon, McCartney, Bowyer, Mullins, Noble, Etherington, Ashton, Cole, Pantsil, Collins, Spector, Ljungberg, Parker, Boa Morte, Davenport, Reid, Bellamy.
