Mourinho confirms Alves pursuit

Jose Mourinho has backed claims by Daniel Alves’s agent that the Brazilian is nearing a move to Stamford Bridge.

The Portuguese confirmed Chelsea are still in the hunt for the Sevilla right-back after Chelsea’s 2-1 victory over Reading at the Madejski stadium last night.
