Young ruled out for 'Boro

Luke Young has been ruled out of Middlesbrough’s trip to Wigan tomorrow as he continues treatment for a thigh strain.

The former Charlton right-back picked up the injury in training last week.

Gareth Southgate has reported no new injuries following the 2-1 home defeat by Blackburn on Saturday and has named an unchanged squad for the tip to the JJB Stadium.

Brazilian midfielder Fabio Rochemback is still missing through suspension, while centre-backs Jonathan Woodgate, Robert Huth and Emanuel Pogatetz are still recovering from operations.
