Aston Villa goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen has suffered a hamstring injury with the start of the new Barclays Premier League season only just over two weeks away.
The Villa number one pulled up as he took a goal-kick in the 35th minute of the match with Toronto FC last night as part of Villa’s pre-season tour of Canada and North America.
