Arsenal could be facing a takeover bid from one of the men who tried to buy into Liverpool last season, according to reports.

Mohammed Al Hashimi was set to take a 20% share in the Reds after persuading Sheikh Mohammed Al Maktoum to make a £450m (€663m) bid for the Anfield club in December.
