Sligo Rovers are missing several key players for tonight’s visit of Cork City to the Showgrounds, kick-off 7.45pm.

Piotr Bajdziak, although suspended for tonight’s clash, is likely to miss the rest of the season with a cruciate injury, while Conor O’Grady, Gary Curran, Brian Cash, Jason McCartney and Seamus Coleman are all out injured.

“We are down to the bones at this stage and that is very, very frustrating for me,” said Rovers boss Paul Cook.

“We certainly have our hands full with Cork, but I expect that when the players cross that white line they will give one hundred and ten per cent and will make Cork work for anything they might get. That is the least our supporters deserve. Fans will put up with a lot of things, but not a lack of endeavour.”

Seán Kelly is out for Cork with a cruciate ligament injury and Colm Carroll remains out.

Otherwise City boss Damien Richardson has a full squad to choose from.
