Johnson a doubt for Everton

Everton striker Andrew Johnson seems almost certain to be out of tomorrow’s lunch-time clash at home to Manchester United.

Johnson sprained an ankle last weekend at West Ham, and has had intensive treatment ever since, but has not trained this week.
