Late winner puts Sligo third

Fahrudin Kudozovic was Sligo Rovers' goalscoring hero for the second week running with a late, late winner.

The Bosnian striker finally gave a dominant Sligo no more than they deserved with the only goal of the game a minute into stoppage time.

Substitute Piotr Bajdziak put Kudozovic through on goal and he held off a defender to shoot past Matt Gregg.

Though Sligo dominated, UCD hit the woodwork in each half.

Shane McFaul's long-range shot came back off the angle of Richard Brush's crossbar and post five minutes before the break.

Alan Mahon then curled a free-kick against the inside of Brush's left-hand post 12 minutes from time.
