Chelsea and England captain John Terry revealed he cannot remember anything from the moment he walked out for the second half of the Carling Cup until he woke up in the ambulance on the way to hospital.

Terry swallowed his tongue, stopped breathing and was left concussed by Abou Diaby’s boot during Chelsea’s 2-1 Carling Cup triumph over Arsenal at the Millennium Stadium on Sunday.
