Weaver back for City

Manchester City goalkeeper Nicky Weaver returns for this FA Cup fifth-round tie at Deepdale today.

Weaver has recovered from bruised kidneys and replaces Andreas Isaksson.

City manager Stuart Pearce makes two other changes to the side that lost to Portsmouth.

Hatem Trabelsi and Georgios Samaras come in for Sun Jihai and the injured Darius Vassell.

Preston manager Paul Simpson is to give a debut to former Genk defender Seyfo Soley with Kelvin Wilson suspended.

Simon Whaley also returns, replacing the injured Brett Ormerod.
