Wegner rings the changes for Wigan clash

Kolo Toure will return from suspension in one of four changes to the Arsenal line-up for tonight’s Premiership clash against Wigan at the JJB Stadium.

Fredrik Ljungberg, Julio Baptista and Theo Walcott will also start in place of Philippe Senderos, Alexander Hleb, Cesc Fabregas and Robin van Persie – the latter three named as substitutes.

Wigan will make two changes, with Emile Heskey back from a one-match ban in place of David Cotterill – on the bench – while Denny Landzaat replaces the suspended Paul Scharner.

Goalkeeper Chris Kirkland also starts, despite suffering a slight concussion following a clash of heads with team-mate David Wright in Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Middlesbrough.

Wigan: Kirkland, Wright, Boyce, Hall, Baines, McCulloch, Landzaat, Skoko, Kilbane, Camara, Heskey.

Subs: Pollitt, Jackson, Johansson, Cotterill, Todorov.

Arsenal: Lehmann, Eboue, Djourou, Toure, Clichy, Walcott, Flamini, Julio Baptista, Silva, Ljungberg, Adebayor.

Subs: Almunia, Fabregas, Van Persie, Hleb, Hoyte.
