The on-loan Manchester United player will have a late fitness test after missing the Hornets’ last two matches with a knee-ligament problem.

Forward Tommy Smith should also return to the squad after being forced to sit out the midweek Carling Cup defeat by Newcastle because he was cup-tied, while captain Gavin Mahon is likely to recover from an ankle injury in time to play.

Striker Marlon King is out for the rest of the season with a knee injury, and defender Clarke Carlisle remains sidelined with thigh trouble.

Team (from): Foster, Lee, Doyley, DeMerit, Shittu, Stewart, Powell, Mackay, Mariappa, Smith, Mahon, Francis, Bouazza, Spring, Bangura, McNamee, Young, Henderson, Priskin, Jarrett.
