Tottenham striker Robbie Keane has been restored to Martin Jol’s side against Fulham at White Hart Lane today.

The Republic of Ireland captain replaces England striker Jermain Defoe while Danny Murphy was selected for a role in midfield ahead of teenager Tom Huddlestone.
