Celtic talks with Hasselbaink break down

Celtic have missed out on the chance to sign Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, according to the player's agent Humphry Nijman.

Manager Gordon Strachan wanted the 34-year-old striker to replace recently departed John Hartson and was in Amsterdam on Monday to discuss a move to Parkhead with the player.
