Sweden resist playing for draw

Sweden coach Lars Lagerback insisted his team would not settle for the draw they need against England to progress to the knockout stage of the World Cup.

A win in today’s late kick-off here will see Sweden head Group B and would mean an extra day of rest before having to face either Germany or Ecuador.
