Campbell undergoes surgery

Sol Campbell will miss Saturday’s Premiership clash with West Brom at Highbury following surgery on his broken nose.

The England defender could return in time for Wednesday’s Champions League semi-final first leg against Villarreal, but is more likely to need at least a week’s rest.
