High-flying Sheffield United are planning to raise up to £10.7m (€15.6m) with a new one-for-two open offer to the club’s shareholders.

The Blades intend to use all proceeds from the new venture to finance the re-development of the corner stand at Bramall Lane, buy a local health club and continue to invest in new players.
