League ponders Redknapp return to Portsmouth

Premier League chiefs are expected to decide this week whether to charge Portsmouth over the alleged ’tapping up’ of returning manager Harry Redknapp.

Officials have already asked Pompey for their side of the story over reports that Redknapp met with chairman Milan Mandaric before his then club Southampton were asked for permission.
