Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp will look at the possibility of signing Glen Johnson on loan from Chelsea after bolstering his squad with Sean Davis, Pedro Mendes and Noe Pamarot from Tottenham.

Redknapp has spent around £12m (€17.6m) since co-owner Alexandre Gaydamak’s investment at Fratton Park, with Zimbabwe striker Benjani Mwaruwari also brought to the club from French side Auxerre.
