Dave Kitson fired a second-half hat-trick as Coca-Cola Championship leaders Reading thrashed Brighton 5-1 at the Madejski Stadium.

A Charlie Oatway own-goal put Steve Coppell’s side on their way in the 27th minute and Kitson scored his first from the penalty spot five minutes into the second half.
