Hunt set for comeback

Bolton defender Nicky Hunt returns to action for the reserves against Wigan tonight after a nine-match absence with a broken leg.

Hunt’s return to fitness is a boost for manager Sam Allardyce as the club have a hectic fixture schedule in the next weeks.

Kevin Davies and El-Hadji Diouf have both recovered from a rib injury and a knock respectively and are ready to face Guimaraes in the UEFA Cup in Portugal on Thursday.
