Campbell crocked for Toffees reunion

West Brom’s veteran captain Kevin Campbell will be denied the chance to face former club Everton because of the recurrence of an ankle injury.

Midfielder Zoltan Gera is ruled out after a hernia operation while left-back Paul Robinson is still suspended.

Tomasz Kuszczak will again deputise in goal for Chris Kirkland, who is back in training after recovering from a badly bruised kidney.
