Blues must do without Duff

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho will await the return of his internationals before naming his squad for tomorrow’s Barclays Premiership clash with Bolton at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues are definitely without Republic of Ireland winger Damien Duff, who successfully underwent routine surgery on a knee injury on Monday night and is expected to be out for four weeks.
