Spurs close in on Lee

South Korean left-back Lee Young-Pyo is understood to have agreed a move to Tottenham even though PSV Eindhoven want to keep the player.

The defender is believed to hold a clause in his contract that allows him to leave for just €2m, although that fee could rise to around €3m as PSV battle to cling onto the Asian star.
