Liverpool midfielder Boudewijn Zenden has blamed Middlesbrough chief executive Keith Lamb for his decision to leave Teesside.

Zenden, who turns 29 today, was roundly booed as he returned to the Riverside Stadium with Liverpool on Saturday after rejecting the chance to extend his two-year stay.
