The Dutch midfielder shook of a thigh injury to line up against his former club in place of John Arne Riise in one of just two changes to the side which beat CSKA Sofia 3-1 in midweek with Mohamed Sissoko coming in for Djibril Cisse, who was named among the substitutes.
