Everton agree Neville deal
Everton have agreed terms with Manchester United’s Phil Neville and the deal will be completed subject to the player passing a medical.
The 28-year-old utility player, believed to be costing the Toffees around £3.5m (€5m), has struggled to hold down a regular place at Old Trafford.
He only signed a five-year deal with United last season but his slim chances of first-team football have persuaded him to move on.
Everton manager David Moyes targeted the player to fill the hole left by the departure of Thomas Gravesen to Real Madrid last January.
