United confirm Park deal

Manchester United confirm signing of Park Ji-Sung for undisclosed amount from PSV Eindhoven, subject to work permit and medical.

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson today completed his second signing of the summer following confirmation he has captured South Korea midfielder Park Ji-Sung.

United are believed to have paid PSV Eindhoven £4million for the energetic 24-year-old, who was a major influence behind his country’s run to the World Cup semi-finals three years ago and the Dutch club’s charge to the Champions League semi-finals last season.
