Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has been handed two-match touchline ban and 20,000 Swiss francs (€12,900) fine by UEFA's control and disciplinary body.

The club was fined 75,000 Swiss francs (€48,400), assistant manager Steve Clarke and security official Les Miles were reprimanded.
