Thierry Henry today denied blaming the cost of Arsenal’s new stadium on their Champions League failure.

Responding to media reports in the wake of the Gunners’ exit at the hands of Bayern Munich, Henry said: “I never said that we need to spend big and I never said that I blame anyone for the exit in the Champions League.
