Old Firm in thick of transfer activity

The Old Firm took centre stage as midnight approached on transfer deadline day with Craig Bellamy and Barry Ferguson both moving north of the border.

Celtic were the first to strike by completing a shock loan signing of Newcastle striker Bellamy whilst Rangers finally completed their long pursuit of Ferguson.
